The Colorado Asphalt Pavement Association (CAPA)
is a nonprofit trade association representing the hot mix asphalt industry of Colorado. Over 210 organizations are members of CAPA, making it the voice of the asphalt industry throughout the state. CAPA has grown to include both producer and user organizations. Fifty cities, towns and counties have become members of CAPA and make use of the technical assistance available through the association.

OUR MISSION:

The mission of the Colorado Asphalt Pavement Association (CAPA) is to advance the quality and use of asphalt pavements in Colorado.

CAPA is composed of both producers and users (including governmental agencies) working together to design, construct and maintain high quality pavements.
