This educational seminar is being offered as an online webinar and will provide a general overview of the CDOT DBE goal setting and god faith effort requirements. Mr. Diehl will explain the rationale behind how project goals are set and explain how the good faith effort process is handled and what has changed. A question and answer time will be included in the presentation.
