Paving From Around the State (Photo Gallery)

Paving Project Teamwork Agreement Reduced delays, reduced total project costs are a couple of the objectives and rapid dispute resolution and joint problem solving are a couple of the key values included in a new Teamwork Agreement developed by CAPA.  The Agreement is in DRAFT form and is available for use on paving projects across the state.  One suggestion is to include the agreement in pre-paving and pre-construction discussions.

Vote for Your Favorite Ad Congratulations to 20140701_095822.jpgAlan Peterson from Arapahoe County Road and Bridge who was randomly chosen to receive the Rockies Tickets for the July 26th game just for going on line and voting for his favorite advertisement which were put together by the Asphalt Pavement Alliance. Alan chose Image #1 “Concrete Makes a Harder Ride” and added this comment “this add mentions fuel savings which I think will appeal more to the average motorist.“  This image was chosen by 50% of the respondents while Image #2  and #3 both had 25% of the votes. If you have not seen the three advertisements take a look and see how they compare asphalt to concrete pavements. Thank you to everybody who took a few minutes to look at the ads and vote for your favorite. We want to thank Vance Brothers for providing the Rockies tickets for this contest.
