Technician Levels A, B, C, E, and S
Technician Registration is a TWO-PART process
Submit the Registration Form & Prerequisite Form to complete the process
PART ONE: Technician Registration Form
The Technician Registration Form allows you to request your session date, certification testing level(s), and provide billing information.
You may register On Line, or print the .pdf and submit via: fax, USPS, or scan and email.
You will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the RMAEC Training Coordinator, Diane Hammond at (303)741-6148 ext 154.
CAPA members and CDOT will be invoiced for certification. Non-CAPA members are expected to pay on or before the session start date.
PART TWO: Technician Prerequisite Form
Technicians are required to pre-qualify for their initial certification by level. Required prerequisites include: testing experience, verification of proficiency in laboratory procedures and liability release. The Technician Prerequisite form is a hard copy form. Obtain the required signatures for proper documentation and submit via: fax, USPS, or scan and email.
The Liability Release is part of the prerequisite documentation. Please read the release before submitting the prerequisite form.

Technician Presentation Manuals
The RMAEC will distribute your Technician classroom presentation manual on the first day of the session. If you would like to review the manual in advance, click on the links below.
