NOMINATIONS NOW BEING ACCEPTED FOR 2007 AWARD PROGRAM

Award nominations are now being accepted for CAPA’s 14th Annual “Best in Colorado” Asphalt Pavement Awards Program.  Quality awards are given in a variety of paving categories (check out the new Residential Category and the new Special Use/Unique Paving Category).  Nomination forms can be downloaded from the CAPA website or obtained by contacting Michelle at (303) 741-6150 or at office@co-asphalt.com.  

JUDGES ANNOUNCED FOR 2007 AWARDS PROGRAM
The Award Judges for the 2007 “Best in Colorado” Asphalt Pavement Awards Program will be the following;
Jim White, Customer Services Superintendent, El Paso County DOT
Bob LaForce, Yeh and Associates
Denis Donnelly, Research Engineer, CAPA
Richard Zamora, Regional Materials Engineer, CDOT Region 2
Pat Hill,  Street Infrastructure Management, City of Greeley

"Best in Colorado" Asphalt pavement Award were presented on Wednesday evening February 28, 2007. The awards dinner was held in conjunction with the Rocky Mountain Asphalt Conference and Equipment Show (RMACES).
